About Luke Eagle

My name is Luke Eagle from Australia currently living in Wagga Wagga NSW with my beautiful wife Tash and our four children Fraser, Audrey, Valerie and Ivy.

I graduated C3 College with an Advanced Diploma of Christian Ministry in 2011 amongst some incredible people! I decided to attend College because my brother in law told me he was applying for a scholarship, at which I told him that I would go with him (commuting from Newcastle) if he got it! Well he did, and the rest was history.

Where is he now?

Since before I attended College, I always felt called to church planting. The following five years was a journey filled with pushing on doors to find where God would take us, and believing that He had a plan for us. After some really specific prophetic words from complete strangers, we knew God had us on the move and would bless our steps. We didn’t know where that was, and soon after we received a phone call from a friend of a friend. We were invited to be a part of the planting team with a multi campus church in Regional NSW. Tash, my wife, and I prayed about it and asked our pastors (the wonderful Chris and Ruth Brown at C3 Narara) what God would say to them about it. They got back to us the following week and they told us that God had unfortunately given them a real peace about our move, unfortunate because they would be saying goodbye. It was only a matter of months before we sold our house and packed up our lives and moved to Wagga Wagga in the beginning of 2017. Since then we have seen what can only be described as a move of God here in our city. Tash and I have also taken on the role of Lead Pastor’s here and have really enjoyed the challenge of pastoring through this Covid-19 season as it has allowed us space to dream even more about what Jesus would have his Bride look like in the future.

I only have fond memories of C3 College, whether it was the challenging lectures that left you questioning your entire Christian experience thus far, or the early morning drive in a car full of people to the Ministry Trip up in Rainbow Bay. The experience was unforgettable, not just for what was learned but because of what I caught. I caught a hunger to see the kingdom of God manifest in our planet. A hunger to see people’s lives transformed by the power of His presence. C3 College was pivotal for me as a person and follower of Jesus. I often hear myself quoting things I heard from lecturers in my own messages and leadership meetings. I also often find myself telling people the story of the miraculous multiplication of sausages in 2010 on that Byron Bay beach and how we fed them to a man who thought he was the anti christ! All that said, I am still curious as to where the secret tunnels are under the Oxford Falls buildings...
